As with any exercise training/program, you assume certain risks to your health and safety by following Suave Fitness.
Programs developed by Suave Fitness does involve a risk of injury. It is possible that you will not lose fat/weight, gain muscle, and/or other results. It is also possible that you will gain fat, lose muscle, etc. Results may vary. Due to differences in your daily/weekly exercise intensity with cardio & strength, nutrition, genetics, and personal motivation, you may not get the same results when using this program as other clients.
